@Ju DS same here. sent medicals on Feb. 2025 since then nothing. I've called multiple times and the congressman contactEd them as well, all they say is that my case was transferred to Boston and is waiting for an agent to review and make a decision...

Yes approved March 2025, I have been waiting for 9 months now since approval :(. It is at Vermont.

July 2021 VAWA Approved April 7th 2025 I-485 Applied PD April 21st 2025 I-485 transfer from TSC to VSC October 17th

same here, applied for VAWA Sept 2021, approved November ending 2024, since then nothing. I proactively reached out to them earlier this year and included my medicals, I have done congressional and senator inquiries, all I keep hearing is that my case is pending at the local Baltimore field office. I am praying for approval this month, May God help us all.

@shameel masurkar we have a similar situation, my Vawa approved march 2024 and I haven’t got any update on my 485 no RFE no interview. did you get RFE ?

same with me file April 2021 Vawa approved July 2024, haven’t heard anything since then. no rfe #vermont

me. Vawa approved Feb 2025 but i sent the i485 separate in July this year. not even receipt yet. 😓

@fifi fifi it’s been 21 months your vawa got approved waooo…. did you try contacting congressman, usually when uscis take to long to make decisions they denied the case it happen yesterday with one of my friend

@E L a friend of mine was approved in on 2023 and he sent medical also and no green card yet and its the same boston office.

@shameel masurkar yes 21 months wait and no update. I did contacted the congresswoman 3 times and I called 4 times and my lawyer sent a letter to them I did request 4 inquiries without nothing and the response for all the inquiries is : we still reviewing you case and we don’t know when we gonna finish . did you get a RFE ?

@fifi fifi if you applied together then they should approve you yet there is something wrong they investigating

@shameel masurkarI don’t know anymore. I requested four inquiries, and all they say is that they are still reviewing it. If there were any issues—background check, security check, or anything else—they would have mentioned it in one of those inquiries. It’s just strange, and this delay is affecting me emotionally, financially, and in every way.im really tired of this process

@fifi fifi is your case in Boston as well? I am gonna do a new post because I am starting to think there is something wrong with the Boston office. it seems like it's taking forever when your case is located there.

@E L Yes, my case is in Boston. A lot of people whose cases are in Boston are waiting forever. I don’t know why — I think, like you said, something is wrong. Is your case in Boston too? Are you still waiting as well? my friend she lives in Missouri she has a same timeline as mine. she got her green card 1 year ago.

for my i360? yes, police clearance. I had a bunch of problems with my lawyer including missing the police clearance she should have included when we filed

@E L oh tell me about it , I have a terrible lawyer too she very helpless I’m almost 2 years waiting for the green card and she doesn’t care at all . what about your 485 did you get a RFE? I didn’t get any .

I did. for medicals. sent as soon as I received because it was expected and my medicals where ready just waiting to be sent. they received on Feb 26th of 2025. has been 10 months and still waiting for an update

@fifi fifi oh no! :( omg I am start to feeling it will take forever for any of us that have our cases at the Boston office :( has been 10 months since I sent my medicals. I cannot see a light at the end of this tunnel

@E L you are lucky they sent you RFE. I’m almost 2 years no RFE no interview nothing 😔very frustrating

Same here Vawa approved, interview was done in April. still waiting on i485 approval.

@E L in fedral plaza and i also submitted inquiries through congress man answer was we are doing background check.

@LS I thought background check was done before interview. oh well that sucks :(

@Love ❤️ no , nothing. The congresswoman contacted USCIS for the fifth time, and they gave the same bullshit response: that the case is still under review and they don't know when it will be completed. I'm really tired I don't know what to do anymore. how about you ? you got the RFE right?

@fifi fifi No update after they received my medical from march 2025. My c31 work permit expires in 3 months and I only have a receipt notice with no extension.

@Love ❤️ Same here. My EAD expired in March 2026, and I applied for the renewal in September 2025. I still haven’t received it yet. I’ve been waiting for over 7 months and still nothing.

@fifi fifi I don't think they are processing renewals cuz i know people waiting almost 2 years and no renewal all now.

@Love ❤️ wow interesting , I submitted an inquiry about my EAD through the congresswoman too , and I’m still waiting.

@fifi fifi this administration just don't want immigrants in their country, they are doing everything to stop legal migration and for us here doing it the correct way, fed up and go back to our home country. They stop extension how do they expect us to survive when they are not even processing the renewals? Am just praying the Lord intervene on our behalf.
