I filed my Form I- 485 and I-765 without form I-131. Can I have the possibility to file it now?

@thank god.. what I am hearing is that receipt notices have been taking a bit longer than usual up to 2-3 months before being issued. I got mines 3weeks after FILLING.. And the next thing I heard one lawyer said is that if you did not send a check with your papers u might wait longer than the person's that sent their payment with the filing.

been 246 days no work permit yet.. hmmm so let's see.. VAWA takes a pretty long time

@Nikki AnydayNow got not long after I filed! then they denied the case after approval.. crazy... then my lawyer wrote to them telling them there must be an issue.. they corrected it..then i filed for work permit.. but I'm pretty sure they kept denying it because they wanted us to pay which we eventually did.. then it got waived

@Arun u can use the prima facie letter to get public assistance cash assistance food stamps help with bills.. depending on what State u live in you can go to college and use it to get financial aid.. to study any course. just google where u live at and see what other benefits u can get every state is different . do what u can for now we got this.. @Arun maybe u can Google benefits of prima facie letter in my state or county where u live at.. something should pop up. and also go to places that people will normally go to get public assistance like food stamps etc and tell them u want to fill out the application and that u have a prima facie letter that entitles u to get public assistance without questions.. that's what it's for.. also apply for college online and with the letter most college take it that allows u to get financial aid.. ask questions in your area from government agencies etc. you got this. 💪 Google what u don't know . that's how I got most info..
