SR assigned to an officer
I had a service request open for my case couple of weeks ago. Few days ago they added an update on my case that says Service Request is assigned to an officer for response. How long does it normally take for officers to respond to it?

I dont see it in lawfully or uscis official site, but can see that is the case tracker app and hilites website
