@V C Congratulations on your wife’s green card approval! I’m in a similar situation and wanted to ask for some details about your case.
Did you or your wife receive the RFIE for the birth certificate? We received an RFIE for the same issue. My spouse and I filed our I-485 in October 2024, and USCIS confirmed receiving our response on December 6, 2024. We’re still waiting and praying for an approval soon—it’s been a stressful process.
Also, did you have to attend an interview?

@Q L thanks! yes RFIE was for Birth Certificate.
no interview, after RFIE response, direct GC! I feel they are catching up momentum, many cases are approved today.. I am sure yours will be approved soon! good luck.

@Q L omg me toooo !!! i got the RFE in nov and i sent it & they received it on Dec 2, 2024 and now just waiting on a response 🤞🏻i didnt have to do the biometrics or interview so im hoping they hurry up 😩
