Spousal abuse & withdrawal of I130
Did any vawa filler experience such spousal abuse such that immigration visited the home and the wife lied that the hubby paid her & withdrew the i130. please, share your experience & steps taken

did this happen after filing vawa? paying for marriage is fraud and she would be in jail or fined for fraud if she even said that.

vawa is private and confidential, they don’t normally make the spouse aware of filing

@survivor girl....this happened before filing vawa. But I will like to know if anybody had similar experience and steps taken to re-address the situation.

u need a good lawyer because if it show u paid her on record they will ban the person for green card .

guys..I am still married but separated. sincerely, the experience is disheartening because iam genuinely married to her .
