Sijs deferred action
Hi, my SIJ I-360 was approved on May , 2025. I did not receive deferred action with the approval. Could you please explain what options I have to obtain deferred action and what steps I would need to take?

your lawyer was supposed to receive biometrics for the 360 if you missed it you not gonna get it bro

You will probably get a biometrics appointment soon, check your mail often. If your record is clean you’ll be fine. There are people on Reddit of April and early may 2025 approvals reporting that they received and after a few weeks they got their DA, let us know if you get it too ^^

i have same issue approved on may 23, 2026 ,
i never did my biometrics and didn’t get DA as well , what should i do now?
