when you have the notice of your interview?

all the questions come from your 1485 application. you can get a copy of the application on the uscis website. or go through your own copy of the i485 that you filed. I attended my interview on November 5th. The officer had my application in hand. he asked me all the questions from that application. do you plan to practice polygamy? do Plan to be a spy ? have you ever been trafficked? do you plan on practicing human trafficking? have you ever been a prostitute or intend to be a prostitute? have you ever filed under a different alias? etc etc you get the idea. they basically want to know if anything has changed since I filed for the application. he read all the questions to me,and for me there were 4 changes since I filed. 1 . I had another kid 2. I moved 3 I got a new job 4 I was administered a social security number ( had to provide the number) the officer wrote all these changes down on the application he had. had me sign my application at the end for the changes and that was is. my interview was hard in the sense he was grilling me to admit I used a birth certificate to get into the US. he didn’t believe my coyote story . but after grilling me for 25 min straight, he gave me a paper saying I attended my interview but a decision couldn’t not be made at the moment. the next morning I got the alert my i485 application had been approved. I believe they had to be hard and grill you for them to be able to do their “job” are you attending with your lawyer? did you file for Vawa and were approved?

@jeral c When did they transfer hot case to ur local office ?Was it before or after they asked for your medical exams? And don't worry, they'll just be basic questions from your application.

it's always a Yes or No question from your I-485, and if there's any changes like divorce after filling let them know. Also you can correct your I-485 if you have said No before to Yes ( on overstayed your visa or working without Authorisation) Above all pray 🙏 for God's Mercy and come back with testimony.

You’ll be fine just ask yes no question. Make sure bring your original document. They might ask you some like.

@jeral c Hi, I want to ask — if move after filing the I-485 and current address is different from the one on the application, can we give the officer the new address during the interview? Will it be a problem that we didn’t update the address within 10 days?
