i am in that situation too, both dependant received RFE, but I am still waiting, case remains pending!!

@ GCW - when RFE received. My case is today, wondering what would be the case specific to Dependents

@M Naray my both dependant received RFE on May 19, response submitted on May 27, acknowledged the next day but nothing since then, there is no RFE for me yet, it has to come because my medical is also expired but I don’t know why on dependant’s received it not me!

@xyz xy whatbis your PD and do you know field office?? May be its particular to one FO, Mine is in San Bernardino

@GCW hp I think no harm if you proactively send medicals now, this way you can give a nudge to your case too…check with your attorney once

@new user I did initiate interfiling after your post yesterday, my attorney wasn’t very willing as they mentioned it might or might not reach my file but I anyway asked them to do so. At this point, I am ready to do anything to get atleast some response from USCIS. I tried congressional enquiry but they are not going to send enquiry until I pass the timeline given by USCIS (which is end of July)
