Good morning family..For those who received an RFE on their I485,does it just state Request for Evidence or it also states Notice of Intent?

it say notice of intent .. NOI then request for intial evidence .. that’s what my medical RFE letter said and in lawfully it shows RFE or NOI.

RFE for vawa when it is Medical it means no other evidence required. infact you may even get a green card without interview. Notice of intent means they seeking for more evidence which is non medical from you and certainly there's going to be an interview. it can actually lead to a green card not been granted

I received both….. one in April which was medical I submitted in June my biometrics was updated. and I received another notice in August a form to be filled out by lawyer and I signed which is a waiver for sponsorship. they received it and updated my status to a new card was produced, I got my green card in October 24th. my Vawa case was in Feb 2021.
