if u received the first REF which a reminder to not forget bringing your medical report to the interview and then get another one saying submit it by a date to that address it’s probably will waive the interview

because the first one says don’t submit documents at this time if u receive interview notice then take it with you to interview if for any reasons we waived the interview then u will receive REF

call usics and confirm, tell them that you have already done medical, it not be updated in their system when you sent first time
