@laila mila I have the same as you, 3 prima facie and my I-485 is saying correspondence was received and we are reviewing it. when did you file I-360? I filed vawa july 2020 and my 360 only day fees were waived since I filed vawa

from February 19, 2020 when I filed, I have received 4 prima facie notices

@dre O same thing. my I-360 also stating fees were waived with no additional update. this year feb 26 they update my I-485 status as corespondent was received. when did you get your update? do you know what’s that mean? my pf expiring this August.

@victory i am so sorry i did not know incident happened back home. you can try to get emergency travel doc. i dont know if they allow for VAWA. but still i suggest you to make appointment(emergency) to local office and expain them situation for emergency ap … KEEP IN MIND. EMERGENCY. in which they allow to fly with in 10 days and be back in 1 month . i would definitely take a shot. you cant trust uscis anymore that how long its goona take and what elese we all have to miss to get card here ….. stay strong man ! my words cant fill your pain but definitely hope for best…

@krish90, this is crazy and traumatic. USCIS told us that vawa is a means of relief from our abusive relationship, but it has turned to be another process for complications and punishment couple with unnecessary delays and backwards waiting periods. This is too much for us😭😭😭😭

@krish I don’t think it’s a good idea to let the sameone that mess up review your documents. however if the lawyer victory suggested will only charge for review that will be great otherwise get an lawyer who will just look over don’t do it yourself
