sent mine in February, they’ve updated it in may, still waiting for decision

same boat, I went September 30th got a rfe the 6th and send all documents by the 18th, status changed to we received our request for evidence and nothing yet

How long does it took to change status that they received request for evidence

ohh got it i mailed them so they might have not opened yet can I also upload if I have already mailed

@Amy Sodhi yes you can, I uploaded mine 2 weeks ago and then sent it physically on monday just to see if they can see it and take an action faster lol

I uploaded mine online and send physical copy too.. uploading online gives immediate response.. i dont know how long it take . i heard people saying not more then 60 days

what did they request from you when you got thr RFE?

@Amy Sodhi did the officer indicate the need for RFE after the interview? or they just mentioned that a decision could not be made yet.

He mentioned me after interview and said once he get response on rfe he will approve my case

You sent on October 18th when did your status changed to RFE Received and they are working on case again

I got updated as case is still being processed and went from step 3 to step 2 as received after interview and rfe response received
