@RK KHan unfortunately 1 year later, I called several times and nobody help until they call us because we called Lots of time

after submission of RFE update will come between 3-4 weeks

uscis has 0-90 days to respond. typically they’ll respond between 30-90 days. it can go up to 120 days max. after that you start enquiring.
