RFE I485
Hi, my wife is the petition holder for our EB2-NIW petition. Yesterday, her I-485 was approved, and it says the green card is being sent. However, my I-485 application came out with an RFE. Does anyone know what that means, considering she's the primary petitioner? Thank you.

Our case is already approved. My wife, the legal guardian, already has her green card on the way. I'm the dependent, and I received an RFE. I'll only know what they're asking for when the physical notification arrives. But I want to know if they'll ask me for an interview, or if they'll simply ask for an additional document. We already had an RFE, and it was only my wife's birth certificate, which we had previously sent. It doesn't make sense to send me an RFE, knowing that my wife is already approved.

Hello, if the RFE asks me for proof of our marriage such as photos, bank account, insurance, and property, the lawyer says it's just a formality, since my wife's green card has already arrived.
