RFE for medicals…
I sent my medicals about 2 months ago and my deadline is supposed to be June 20, till this day, uscis hasn’t updated my case to “Response received” or any knowledge that they received my medicals. all I know is that usps delivered to them… has anyone experienced something similar? i am scared because my deadline is in 2 days… any thoughts?

my husbands didn’t update for a while aswell even said we missed deadline but I made sure to call let them know I didn’t then it updated about a week after that that they received them we sent his back in November still haven’t heard from Uscis either 🥲

please call them to know if they received it or not. Mine was received too and no update on my account bit, when I called they confirm the receipt.

As others suggested please call them. I’ve heard that they look at the date the package was delivered to them and not the date they received it.

They say after 60 days to contact them.

i have sent my rfe response 5 months ago and they haven’t updated any information afterward. My last status is fingerprint is taken and they didnt updated rfe sent but directly sent rfe to physical address.

I sent a year ago and I never received “rfe was received” notifications. It went straight to case remains pending.
