RFE
My PD is end of March 2023. I just got update saying an RFE was sent out. My last update was 1.3 years ago where it said case remains pending. I can’t think what would the RFE be about. Are you guys who are current as of today been getting RFE notice lately. If yes, what were those RFE for? Can you guys share with me? #eb3#nurse

I also got RFE for medical examination and vaccination coz they were expired. it should be the same.

@blue luck do you know when they last reviewed your case before sending you RFE? Emma agent said no RFE issued for my case (PD mid March) but it was last reviewed by an officer on both 7/3 and 7/8.

@Jenny J no I don’t know when they reviewed my case. I didn’t have any update on my case for almost 1 and half years. it was CRP before this update yesterday.

@blue luck do you mind sharing the first few letters/number of your case? (IOE, MSC, LIN, SRC)? Mine is LIN23142 at NBC. Anxiously waiting for update..
