yes it got denied and I refiled, I guess its from the last vawa denial

don’t be afraid, travel with all your receipt notices from your new case wherever you go. reach out to some other lawyers and get their opinion. also you could file a motion to reopen the denied case. you can get through this, trust in God. God bless.

@it is well I read you filed your first Vawa in sep 2021 and you got RFE, is that correct? was this Vawa denied? if so, when was it denied? then I saw you filed another Vawa in April 2025 right? did you receive a RFE or any update on the second Vawa? was it denied as well? sorry for all the questions but it would be helpful for the rest of us to know a little bit more about the context.

@Carla the second one is not yet denied, I have recieved the prima facie last month, it is still pending.
