Refund Notice
Hi folks, I just got an update that USCIS has mailed a refund for my case, but the case is still pending. My application is EB1A premium processing, I applied last year in October, got an RFE and responded to the RFE back in January 2026.
Who knows what that means in regards to the possible outcome of my case?

probably because they couldn’t act on your case within the premium processing time period, uscis is required to refund your money and continue with your process.
