Refugee travel document Biometrics appt after fingerprints taken?!!
I'm very confused. as you can see in my timeline my fingerprints were showing on my application for refugee travel doc.
i requested expedite, was asked for further evidence, provided them, case got moved to a new office right after (on March 12) now while I'm waiting for a response for my expedite request I got a mail with a time for a biometrics appointment?
does anyone have any clue as to why this would happen?

@Immigration Guy Many applicants call for fingerprints again due to transfer of cases, one of my acquaintance also asks for fingerprints which is normal process. Although the case timeline shows that the fingerprint has already been taken
