Received Wrong Item in our mail
We sent our concurrent petition two weeks ago, to Phoenix lockbox, last week they sent us mail returning "Articles of Clothing" that we never sent. They haven't sent email/text receipt acknowledging to have received our petition. Not sure how to reach USCIS, sent an email to lockbox support, they're yet to respond. The situation has caused some panic in our household, it's weird. How best can we approach such a situation to know if our petition has atleast been received? Thank you!

some times it takes 1 month to receive rhe receipts ack and what do u mean by articles of clothing

thank you @AB, that's what they mailed back to us, it was a pullover with a new tag referenced "articles of clothing". Not sure how they ended up wrongly mailing it to us. Thank you though!
