Real ID Application with Prima Facie Determination
I recently received a Prima Facie Determination notice from USCIS regarding my pending I-360 petition. However, I have not yet received my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) or Advance Parole (travel document).
I would like to confirm whether I can use this Prima Facie Determination letter, along with my passport and other required documents, to apply for a Real ID driver’s license or identification card?
And how long I can get my green card and combo card :(

when did you file ur Vawa?
if you have filed for ur EAD, you can use ur expired EAD and the notice that was sent to you.
that was how I got mine.

@Cat W Yes, you can apply for your driver's license with your PF. Go to your local DMV with your passport, your Prima Facie letter, and proof of residency, and you're good to go.
