so when your case is denied but given within 33 days to file the right documents and you not able to file within the period.. would it affect you ?

yes yes!! you will automatically be in removal proceedings. do your possible best to submit documents before 30 days in other to keep your case open.

@mitch NK wow! so would they send me a latter showing I’m on removing proceeding or they won’t?

if you fail to appeal the decision within 30 days, that means you accepted the decision.
