Premium processing for EAD?
I am in the MSC249032 block, PD sept 2022. I applied for I-765, I-131 and I-485 in Jan and case is still on biometrics recieved. Is it possible to apply for premium processing for the EAD card?

there is no premium price for those forms yet. You can only apply for Premium I-140

applied same dates and biometrics also given, hopefully we get some news this upcoming week at least for Ead/Ap

I think you can expedite processing for it but you need to give them a good reason and proof

You can expedite i765 and i131 for free if you have a valid reason

call the USCIS and request for expedite. You will be ask of your reason and further documentation
