go to the mail USPS department.. and try track it from there before u contact Uscis

I went this morning , telling me how it's a new girl and she's not in today and it shows delivered and a whole lot of crap

yep that happened to me. They wrote me a letter apologizing for me to send to Uscis with a copy of my approval

I just got a notification from Uscis saying that they are looking into my case. I sent that letter since July. still waiting for an answer
