Please share timeline for U visa petition?
Please share timeline for U visa petition? I had applied in June 2021. Biometrics done in August 2022. Bonafide determination approval in December 2023. Received EAD for upto four years. Waiting for the approval now. It will really help people if we share our timeline since U visas take such a long time.

U visa fiscal year starts from 1st october of every year until December , providing 10,000 visa every year, so might be around in this cap year you will get your visa issued !
