Please help me N400 Eligiblity
Please help me.
I am a LPR since 2015 .but there were many long travel ( less than 1 year) out side of USA from 2015 to 2017
. From 22th February 2017 to 20 march 2017 i was in usa . (28 days)
from march 2017 to aug 2017 (5 month ) i was out of USA .
Then from aug 2017 to till now i am in usa ( with 2 less than 5 month travel outside usa) ...
So if i want to apply for naturalization my timeline counts from 22th February 2017 to 22th February 2022 ( 5 years) ? Is that right ? ?
My long travel out of usa ( 2015 to 2017 feb) will be a prb? Since, i was IN usa only for 28 days in 2017 (February to march) and just after that i had a 5 month travel outside usa, will that be a prb ? Or should i count my time from AUG 2017??
IF i am eligible from feb 22 ,2017 to feb 22 , 2022 then can i apply 90 days prior which is November 25 2021?
