my case went to Philadelphia field office May 16 and it is also still pending…

same exact date for mine too

have you gotten no communication? have you tried connecting with tier 2 uscis support? is it outside of the processing time window?

they say that I can only contact them after 2 years of submission. I submitted on Sept 2024. case processing time is 12 months which means Sept 2025 should be the end, but they responded saying I can only contact them on June 2026

I raised a sr and they replied at day 6 with template response, no real change. Congressman inquiry started July 2 and no response, congressman raised another inquiry yesterday, still waiting
