Permanent Resident filing for fiancé/Husband outside of the U.S
I plan on filing for my spouse who is outside of the U.S. Can someone please explain what the process of a permanent resident filing for a spouse outside of the U.S is?

if you’re permanent resident you can’t file fiancé visa but you can apply for I-130 form
