"We are temporarily pausing work on your application because immigrant visa number is not available to you. Once an immigrant visa number is available, we will resume processing your application".
I received this update on September 3rd 2026 and now new visa bulletin has been publisbed and new quotas of visa will be available from October 1. Any idea how long will USCIS takes to take action on the case after Oct 1st? Anyone had same situation where their case has been current and being paused because of visa not available and after how long of new visa addition, they received updates?
