yes I got a notification yesterday 4/6 for my I-485 RFE so am assuming it’s for medical as my I-360 was approved Nov 18th 2025.

@Annie G nothing ead. renewal put in since dec 2024. i am from Nigeria

@brave daughter congratulations on your approval, did you ever get an RFE before your i360 was approved?

@ob o I am in a similar situation as well, submitted a renewal since February of 2025 and up till now no movement

@Annie G I thought the ban doesn’t affect those inside the country applying for AOS but only those abroad applying for IV !

@Tash B I though the same but my lawyer told me cases from partially ban countries are not moving either, and I feel my case is stuck so it makes sense that is why I decided to ask here and we all are in the same situation

@princess Labby eads are being held up. no one from partially banned or full banned are gettinf anything

had my interview on the 10/22/2025 and since then my account is stuck🫩 (from Venezuela🇻🇪)

from a partially ban country Jamaica and my interview was scheduled in 3 months..

@Alecia Henry jamaica is not on the list of partially or fully banned countries. they are not amonf the 39countries. all my jamaican friends are getting their workpermits very quickly. their cases are being processed

. I have a conditional green card with a pending I-751 since Dec 2024 I’m from a partial ban country and just noticed that my I-485 Is now saying “in progress” again in the last couple of days
