our i-130 was approved after 5 months!!!!
today our status update changed the second time to “actively reviewing” and i remember people saying to check the documents and!!!!! our approval notice is there.
i’m so happy and my heary goes out to anyone still waiting, stay strong, you got this. i’m praying for all of you, especially the ones waiting for months and years and years.
i-130 spouse abroad (germany) filed on october 27th 2021, no k3 visa. actively reviewing first time march 2nd, actively reviewing second time today march 28th.

@kim when you log into your USCIS account online, there is a drop down menu and it says “documents”, there you usually have your receipt notice and your approval notice

@Nay S well I used to check my status every day, I also have another app called “Case tracker” and they sent me a notification for the first actively reviewing status. i saw the second one on accident this morning when i checked, and it said “march 28th” instead of “march 2nd”. so i checked the documents and the approval was there
