Comparing cases you have seen so far. Would you say anyone that filed I131 has more chances for their EAD decision to be delayed.

No I don’t think so , I filed exactly 1 year back today , I received my EAD in March 2023 but yea still waiting for 131,485,130 🥺

my lawyer told me that it does and it is basically useless.

my EAD was approved immediately after biometrics because I’m Canadian I think. 131 is still outstanding after 4 months.
