thank you all! unbelievable! @a g, RFE sent on 21 and received on 25. but the status online has never changed from “the case has been transferred”. I just know it from FedEx

@ T K when I tried to reach the live agent, it took me 6 times one to type all the info - “live agent, my number, the question”, just keep trying and she will connect you
