Hi all. Applied for I765 and I485 AOS on October 2024. Dependent received approved I765 December 1st week itself. Primary 765 and 485 both still pending. Category is EB1C. Anyone else in similar timeline?

Filed in October, EAD and AP approved for me and spouse. There were no updates on my i485 since biometrics so I did chat with Emma live agent and I was told that mine and spouse's i485 has been moved to non local FO

I and derivative applicant received approval for EAD and AP.
485 got an RFE to resubmit the J- Supplement from non-local FO. Response was received 20+ days ago. no update since.
employer has asked not to contact USCIS as they will do so. thus I'm unable to contact Emma
