Usually, they send it within a week. Did you check the junk/spam folder? sometime it goes to junk and people don’t realize.

You should contact NVC if you don’t receive the email within 45 days of approval.

You should contact them. this normally takes 3-4 business days. Got mines in 3 days.

They don’t mail the welcome letter. They email it. I got mine 3 days after approval.
