pls ….how many days does it takes to receive welcome letters from nvc after usics approval

mine took 2 days

my lawyer forgot to upload my divorce decree and it literally puts your case back in the queue. it took another 60 days for them to review and accept. they just keep it moving until the date of your last document upload comes back up. sucks!

not only upload. make sure you hit that submit button. this has happened to alot of people

Two of my documents was also rejected on August 4 and my dad resubmitted it on August 12 and now the nvc time frame have check up on cases submitted on August 12 tho my case is expedited now but not yet documentarily qualified

also you can submit docs on your own. my lawyer took forever so i did it my self

I just looked and I submitted it. I hit resubmit again but I already submitted on the 28th of June. all my other documents were approved june 26 and then I uploaded the one I forgot June 28th but they surpassed my submission date. that’s why I’m so confused.

how do I know if mine are DQ? all my husband civil documents are approved mine are all approved besides a w2 that I forgot to submit. I just don’t get why they haven’t reviewed it .

no inyerview yet. nvc sends you an email after they have reviewed tour docs to tell you that youre DQ
