I am still wating for Invoice ID case creation, How long did you get yours after USCIS send the case to NVC?

i ree x2 submitted on August 27th. idk why I didnt get any responses yet… apparently on today’s update they are working on papers submitted on Aug 30th. yeah I submitted my paper works 3rd time. first whatever I thought they needed then requested for my current income (forgot to submit/ didn’t really carefully read the message *big mistake*) also requested W-2 forms from last year for the tax file I submitted for last year.

@will lad when was your case approved for USCIS? it shouldn't take long to create mine took 3 days after approval to get the NVC case ID

@Will Lad: I received an email (Welcome Letter) from NVC on the same day my USCIS status changed to “Sent to Department of State”.

@da Jr: The attorney said, there is a time frame on NVC website which displays the current creation time, in my case, I have seen they are working on cases receive from USCIS on 26th Sep

my case was sent to DoS on 23th, so I guess the WL is coming soon..but it looks delayed for me

DQ since December 2021 still no interview

i got DQ today, submitted papers for the 3rd time on August 27-30 and got DQ today. hopefully husband can come to usa soon! 😍
