@Cy Cy you have to go to the Visa bulletin and you can how much your case need to wit to finish. Because they aprove you doesn't mean that goes to the NVC right away. maybe you need to wait like 10 more years I wish your not.

@Cy Cy your case isn't delayed it's not your turn yet, rite now they r processing cases received in 2012 or All those whos PD is before 2012..all you can do is wait for ur turn or PD to become current which is years of wait time

@Molly G It has been sent to NVC sent welcome letter after 3 days and already have my invoice and case number

@Cy Cy that is good to be in the NVC but until your profits day is near there will be no visa. But with the power of God your case will be an exception.
