NVC HOLDING
My I-130 was approved and sent to NVC 1/4/22. NVC sent receipt of petition 1/8/22. I submitted AOS and fee 1/13/22 and my husbands DS-260 and fee 1/14/22. Our PD is 5/11/21. We are still waiting for DQ notice and interview. I learned that NVC is just a holding place until the petition is closer to PD. I am hopeful to receive information soon. I encourage everyone to hang in there! For those past the PD, Inam praying for your strength to maintain and for exciting news to come to you soon regarding approvals! Best Wishes To All!

@ Valerie Palmer @law law, I am so sorry you all have been waiting so long. Have either of you inquired at the processing center of the delay? What are your processing centers and what countries?

I don’t know the cause of the delay really, the requested for rfe for more documentation in feb 2021 and they received March 2021. interview was in dec 2021 and case is still under review till date. I really don’t know what to do !!! I am tired of refreshing the app🙈. I logged in to my main uscis app and would know if my case is being actively reviewed like others say. it’s been over 709 days now….😭😭😭

@law law just hang in there a little longer. You should make visits with each other during this time. It is not good to be without each other for such a long time. Praying for yours and @Valerie Palmers’ strength.
