NVC canada Montreal
I am Indian citizen currently in Canada. submitted documents to NVC in April 2022 (Spouse Case) and got msg last week that submit proof of status in canada. currently I am on applied status in Canada it might take long than 3 months. Can anyone please help me in this case?

yes thats obvious but I already checked all the documents requirements upon application work permit was not mentioned there

yes so once you submit status proof in Canadá they will review and take another at least 60-90 days that’s what NVC is….

at least you are not waiting to be interviewed in Mumbai india, my parents DQ since May and I don’t see the interview coming not before early next year
