nvc
got my i-130 approval in feb and they sent my receipt to nvc though i thought that only happens if spouse is abroad since we are both in USA so how long to get a letter from nvc..

i think youd need to reach out to the nbc to let them know you’re doing aos but your case was transfered to nvc but dont quote me.
i recommend speaking to a lawyer for better understanding!!!
