November 30 Vawa
Hello community, please can anyone who has same timeline as me make a comment to encourage me. I see a lot of October and November approval which is making me more anxious as the day goes by. Also, my EAD will expire in May 2025. My lawyer adviced I send my medicals with the EAD renewal which she sent to NBC in December which I haven’t gotten receipt yet. I see many people waited for their vawa to be approved before sending medical but, my lawyer adviced otherwise. Is sending the medical a good or bad move?

Someone shared a post of sending her medical before her Vawa was approved and after her Vawa was approved they didn’t request for medical again they just approved her green card. I think your lawyer might be right
