😳wow, that’s a long time. our was also at Nebraska ir2 pd Dec.2023 and approved in march 2025, already DQ and waiting for interview…. maybe double check that your case wasn’t transferred to another location which can cause delay.

We filed in Feb 2024 and hab our “interview” which was awful in Feb of this year. just submitted RFEs so we’ll see

My PD is January 25, 2024, still waiting no update yet ,The official USCIS timeline is 17 months, but some cases get approved in 14 to 15 months, while others take more than 17 months. Why is that? I am very frustrated. # i-130 cr1 visa texas service centre

I just spoke with an agent. my original notice said that my service centre is Nebraska, the agent said it’s California. I got an email in March stating we have taken action, agent said she is not seeing that and it was sent in error 🤣🤣. uscis is a big joke.
