Congratulations!! My husband’s NIW I-140 is pending from October 7, 2021, LIN2290009***. If its ok, can you share your case number with last few digits hidden. Since my husband’s filing date is closer to yours, it could be easier to look at trends in hilites.today with similar cases. Thank you

Thank you so much for the reply and wishes 🙏 I forgot to ask before, during the wait time, did you ever happen to ask USCIS about your I-140 case status or tried to expedite EAD if you had filed I-765 or had been in touch with USCIS with any other questions? Have you filed I-485 already?If yes, you are going to get green card soon, if not, you may want to file I-485 together with I-693 since USCIS is approving I-485 soon for those who have their I-140 approved. Good luck!!
