Next step after i-130 approval (f2a) ! Good news 🙏🏻🎊😊
I wanted to share next step on my husband case after i 130 approval ! my case was approved on sep 16th,2022 and today morning sep 19th ,2022 case was sent to the department of state for visa processing (NVC) .After few hours I received welcome email from NVC (which is very quick) Feeling happy and blessed after long wait ! finally one step completed and all set for second step now bcz National visa center already create Case number and invoice number now i can start process on 2nd step ! 😇😊Hope it helps someone.

congrats! what's your priority date and service center? I think next step would be logging in your nvc account, pay the fees and upload all the required civil documents.

I just got approved too, but have a question my case is showing as closed in uscis account? is it normal?

@nav kaur I had RFE for my kids and I replied on 16 of august till now I have not even received an acknowledgment of receipt. am just confused. when I chat then, they keep telling me to wait for 60 days and there is a deadline date too. if I know they have received it then I can be ok. but till now I don’t know if they have received it or not, am just going nuts bro.

@ bra mor they never send anything after RFE or NOID when I respond to noid I didn’t receive anything they received or not but as after 41 days i got approved!

how did the nvc send you the welcome letter? on your email address?

@sajal thapa it was not welcome letter . when uscis send approval notice to NVC after that they create a case number and send welcome email .

@sajal thapa I received case number and invoice number with welcome email from NVC with that i can login on https://ceac.state.gov/IV and start NVC stage process . Hope it helps
