Newark FO officer reviewing your case
I chatted with a Uscis representative through Emma and was told that an officer is currently reviewing my case. Has anyone had the same experience? If so, how long after did you get a decision? I checked my online account, but there was no active review in the progress tab. #Jan2023filer##usc##almost17monthswaiting#

filed Jan 2023, USC, RFE Dec 2023 for I130a, still waiting.

filed january 2023 and yesterday agent told me it was transfered to a Newark FO. still waiting for i-130 and 485
