New card is being produced after 375 days!
Finally! after more than a year and almost 11 months since Fingerprints taken, and many EAD expedites denied we have our GC approved.
Case details:
- EB3 Mex
- I-140, I-765, I-131, I-485, Public charge and Medicals filled on 12/04/2020
- Fingerprints taken on 1/6/21
- Wife filed for 4 expedites and 1 congressional request, all of them denied.
- I requested one but it was denied
- I filed from H1B and my wife from TN

no RFEs because i sent everything and we have been married for over 2 years.
they said we didn’t meet criteria for financial loss despite contract is almost ending

I never received combo card and probably will be denied as it seems they are doing for cases this old

@LorLor not sure but if you follow the Chinese telegram group you can see they skipped us and they are giving out EADs to Sept and October of 2021 fillers

did your wife wait 90 days since last time she entered on TN before applying for aos? Not sure if you had to deal with 90 day rule for non dual intent visa?

@idriss ohs, we were stuck because of Covid and Drumpf's immigration ban for so long (couldn’t renew if we traveled) that it was not an issue.
