your spouse has to fill out the DS-260 form onlin on the NVC website and you as a petitioner If your income is enough ( more than 24000 $) only need to fill out the form I-864 otherwise you need a joint sponsor and he/she needs also fill out the same form

@shiba bam when you Login in your NVC account they provide you all the information about how to download the forms such as I-864

@shiba bam you need to download the form and if you have the program such as adobe acrobat reader you can fill it out on the PC and don’t need it to print it out

@shiba bam as far as I know the form I-485 is for those who live’s in the USA so you need only fill out the form I-864
