u can requested a live agent typing chat in Emma, then chat again and u need to put your USCIS record ( EIO ) and then she is gonna conect you with the live agent

why do you have concerns about service centers …. it’s not should be your problem about Servise centers … if it is in Nebraska… you are lucky …. Nebraska is lot better then any others they are lot faster …… don’t be worry

sameting happened to me my receipt said my case california service centre few daya ago i called them agent said my case is in vermont since i filled my case .i dont know which one is my service centre just wait and see
