can n-400 be submitted within 90 days prior to 3 year marriage?
hello I would like to know if I can apply to citizenship prior to the 3 year marriage mark with a US citizen. or if I should wait until 3 year mark. my i-751 is in progress to obtain a 10 year GC

yes, you can apply for naturalization 90 days before your 2 year GC expiration date. while still having a pending I-751

That’s what I did 90 days before my actual 3 years and my 10 year greencard is still pending approval. I got a notice a week after filling that they will reuse my fingerprints and background check .
